This video shows the view of the hole at the point of topping off at the fill line of the steel collar form around the hole. The last 12 inches of concrete was vibrated using a handheld vibrator so the finish would be devoid of gravel or any roughness at the top surface. This allows the top surface to be \"floated\" smooth with a trowel. When we left the site, the top of the base had about 2 inches of water that had migrated to the top&as the concrete cured, the form will become warm tot he touch through the chemical process of curing. It will take 7-10 for the concrete to become fully hard or \"cured\" to within 85% of rated hardness. This tower site was designed for Mid-Atlantic Broadband Cooperative (mbc-va.com), by RAF Wireless LLC (rafwireless.com). The tower is located in Appomattox VA&will support Last Mile fiber connectivity for Digital Bridge\'s WiMAX deployment around Appomattox, called BridgeMAXX.
